What you’ll need to register your company with Zempler
A unique company name
Use the search tool in the form to see if the name you want is available.
A registered address
This could be your UK business or home or address. This is where all your business post and your Zempler card will be sent.
Your details
As company director, you'll need to provide your name, nationality, date of birth and occupation.
Officers of the company
You will need to confirm the name(s) and personal details of the Director(s) and Shareholder(s) of the company you are setting up.
ID verification
Due to government regulations, all new and existing PSCs
(Persons with significant control) must verify their identity with Companies House. We'll email you once your application is complete with a link to the GOV.UK One Login, or
you can do this prior to your application online or by using their app.
Important stuff
- Zempler doesn't accept formations from all types of businesses and reserves the right to review and decline formation applications.
